Buy dried out fruits, but ingest them in moderation (read: sprinkle a spoonful on your salad or merge a few in if you are snacking on nut products). They have got a greater focus of sugar, so they pack a larger glycemic punch-meaning they aren't the best for keeping your stomach full and your appetite stable.
I am sensitive to numerous foods. Mainly grains, nut products and legumes…seems to be veggie protein. Paleo has made an enormous impact and improvement in my own life. If you actually want to drive yourself mad, go spend 30 minutes reading the responses on Tim Ferriss and Robb Wolf's highly interesting article about the Paleo Diet - from the bunch of dietitians yelling back and forth at one another citing different studies and sources and then contacting each other wackjobs.

It's true that hunter-gatherers about the world crave meats more than any food and usually bypass 30 percent of these annual calories from pets or animals. But most also undergo lean times when they eat much less than a handful of meat every week. New studies suggest that greater than a reliance on meats in ancient individual diets fueled the brain's growth.

In the Why Paleo? post , I also go into it a little bit. The idea that people need dairy inside our diets is fake - you can get everything you need plus more from meat, veggies, fruits and some nuts.
